  • Open support and ask. An assistant answers questions about the platform, your account and your access straight away, and hands the conversation to a person the moment it cannot finish one, or whenever you ask for a person.
  • Email support@atomictradinguniversity.com. Replies to a support email land back on the same conversation, so you never have to come and find this page again.

Say which page or lesson was involved. Never send a password, a card number, or any other financial credential.

Reporting something

  • A lesson that seems wrong or misleading. Content accuracy matters more to us than looking polished.
  • Anything that is inaccessible with a keyboard, screen reader, or magnification.
  • A security or privacy concern.
  • A scam or fraudulent promotion using our name.

What we will never ask you for

We will never ask for your password, card details over email or chat, remote access to your device, or payment in gift cards or crypto. Anyone doing so while claiming to be us is committing fraud.
